Can l have a sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality.
What is the payment terms?

Usually, we will ship in 3 days, for big quantity orders, the delivery time is negotiable.
Do you offer guarantee for the gas detectors?
Yes, we offer one year guarantee for all the detectors. we also provide life-long paid service. As an experienced manufacturer, you can rest assured of the quality and after-sales service.
What certificates do you have?
CE, ISO, CNEX explosion-proof, CMC. If you have any other requirements with certifications, we also would like to help you
How do you send the detectors?
DHL, FedEX, UPS, TNT, by air, by sea.
How about the packing?
Aluminum suitcase, carton box.
What about the after-sale service?
We provide a guarantee of 12months, free charge of repair under correct operation. We will respond to your inquiry 24h x 7 days, and provide you technical support through email and phone calls in time.
How do you control your quality?
First, we will do an aging test on all the raw material and PCB, and during production, we will calibrate all the detectors well, last but most important, we have a professional QC team to inspect the detectors pc by one pc before shipment.
